Head of Strategy Opportunity at MaYH Inc.: Drive Growth, Innovation, and Strategic Leadership

MaYH Inc. seeks a Head of Strategy to fill a senior leadership role responsible for financial planning, strategy, and growth frameworks. This position requires an understanding of startup accounting fundamentals to assist with growth and fundraising, utilizing advanced knowledge of multiple functions, including strategy, finance, operations, and accounting.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a foreign equivalent and have at least five (5) years of experience with a well-known retailer or retail solutions provider such as Amazon.com, Walmart, DoorDash, GrubHub, or PROS, in investment banking, or in a corporate strategy role.

Candidates must possess experience in creating strategic plans with clear success metrics and goals, developing executive-ready strategy projects across diverse teams, including executive stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivery in roles such as head of operations or head of business, with responsibilities for team management.

Experience with AI and machine learning is essential, as well as a background in strategic, cross-functional roles with demonstrated increasing scope and impact. Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required for this role.
